Head sales and Partnerships France – Digital Adoption

In order to strengthen the team dedicated to the development and implementation of myMeta – Digital Adoption Platform, we are selecting a Head Sales and Partnerships France.

myMeta is developed to become a second skin of any web platform or application. As a result, the adoption of new digital tools becomes contextual and is delivered by a digital guide incorporated into your web applications.

You will build and lead sales growth plans, build relationships with clients and partners and ensure customer satisfaction for myMeta.
An essential aspect of this role is the ability to successfully build the team in France that will deliver growth and deliver our customers and partners success.

Key responsibilities
- Build a Sales organization able to grow business with existing customers, and close new opportunities new customers
- Grow your team in partnership with Recruiting, with a focus on building a diverse bench of talent
- Provide focused mentoring increase individual skills and sales
- Report on metrics to measure performance of Sales activities
- Develop sales proposals, configurations and pricing strategies that bring new clients to myMeta
Key requirements
- Required 5+ years of SaaS specific sales experience. Domain specific experience in selling and implementing complex projects on Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce.com, Oracle is a plus.
- Form deep partnerships with the other functional business leaders across the organization to ensure synergistic collaboration of our teams
- Accomplish successful negotiations and close difficult and large contracts
- Develop sales, business, and vertical market plans
- Produce revenue and exceed quota
- Manage processes for recognizing, qualifying, and closing new business/territory
- You’re known for an executive presence that allows you connect with our customers across industries
