myMeta Software was founded in 2019 driven with a mission to create technology that focused completely on the employee. Our founders began their more than three decades of software experience as part of Successfactors focusing on HR development, giving them an in-depth, unique understanding of integrating enterprise technology focused on the employee experience.
Our team is comprised of experienced and passionate people, with strong roots in UX design and the gaming world. Our mission is to bring our expertise innovating Digital Adoption to our customers eco-system, making the experience of your users engaging, tailored, and flawless. We created myMeta to become the second skin of any enterprise software or web application. myMeta is an independent and autonomous layer delivering a unique digital adoption experience, that just works.
Andrea brings global leadership experience from Microsoft, BroadVision, and Cisco. Former Chief Operating and Marketing Officer of Microsoft (MSFT) Portugal, Andrea Rubei is a high-tech global executive with more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector with HP, Cisco, Broadvision and Microsoft. His aggressive leadership and cross-cultural competency is driving myMeta to maintain high standards of quality and excellance.
Emilio brings tremendous domain expertise and product and sales depth to myMeta having held senior leadership roles with Accenture, Allos, SAP, and BroadVision. His journey in the HR Innovation world began in 2007 by opening operations in Italy for American Start-up SuccessFactors which later became SAP / SuccessFactors. In 2014 he joined Allos to open the American branch and then became General Manager in 2016. In 2020 he became a founder and Managing Director in myMeta Software.
Roberto brings great technical depth and subject matter depth from his experience at Allos where he focused on HR innovation.
myMeta allowed us to adopt and to adapt SAP Concur and Trainline, to fulfill our requirements and to drive learning-in-the-flow and engagement.
